The “KON TIKI” building is one of the most remarkable buildings in the city and one of the most visible from the entrance of the port of Papeete.

The complete renovation of this building brings an important support within the framework of the step undertaken by the country: that to revalorize the architecture of the city center and in particular that of the sea front.

The architectural features of the building that have contributed to the identity of the old hotel for 30 years and that are part of the history of the place are preserved, modernized and enhanced.
The fiberglass moldings are repainted and lit.

Great buildings that move the spirit have always been rare. In every case they are unique, poetic, products of the heart.
