The veterinary clinic building is set back from the plot, creating a parking space for the clients, as well as for the inhabitants of the apartments on the floors. Formed by two volumes, one horizontal and one vertical, the building rises slightly, discreetly indicating the presence of the veterinary clinic.
The housing, two in number, is installed on the R+1 and R+2 above the veterinary clinic. Accessible by a spiral staircase, their access is from the entrance / terrace area. A second terrace is offered on the second floor for the first unit.
