
Island Studio Architecture carried out the diagnostic including a complete 3D survey of the Vaima Center, totaling 18,000m² and over 100 rooms.
The Vaima Center also told us:
• The design and filing of the building permit for the redevelopment of the old California, including the upgrading of the parking entrance and the creation of the sanitary facilities for cabs (in progress)
• Design, permit and monitoring of the execution of an extension of premises and the creation of an entrance porch on the waterfront (PRO in progress)
• The design, permit and follow-up of the execution of the future Galerie Concorde, on the site of the old cinema (PC in progress)
• Design, permit and monitoring of the execution of the future food court with extension on the waterfront area (APD in progress)
The tenants of the Vaima Center told us:
• The design and filing of the building permit for the Zion Club – Social club / Bowling.
• The regularization of the construction of the 3UP staircase and the update of the public of Morrison’s café – Discotheque / Bar.
• Design and building permit application for the Restaurant Bar La Suite, former Hélios (in progress).
• The realization of the file of Authorization of Temporary Occupation of the territory for the terrace of the Restaurant Le Rétro.
